Shipping Time:
- All our LED phone cases are custom made to perfectly match your cellphone model, so please kindly allow us around 7 days to adjust design and produce your merch : )
- Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 1 – 3 weeks. Please consider COVID-19 and customs or logistic issues in some areas that may impact delivery times.
- We offer shipping to most countries and regions in the world. You can contact us to find out if delivery to your address is available.
Shipping Rate:
- The international shipping rate is $2 – $4 for each order .
- Orders over $30 can enjoy Free Shipping.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, please contact us immediately at galsglowcase@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Order Cancellation
We don’t accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Exchange & Refund
We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. And we hope you love what you’ve ordered!
- But since all LED phone orders are custom and personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept exchange or refund.
- We will gladly ship a new one to you, or provide a refund if the case arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us with your order number to make a request within 30 days of delivery.
- On-sale items and free gifts cannot be refunded.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
