1. General Policy No Returns for Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our LED phone cases, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged. Exceptions: Defective/Damaged Items: Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Non – Custom Items (if applicable): Eligible for return within 14 days in original condition.
2. Process for Defects/Damage Email [email protected] with “RETURN: [Order Number]” in the subject line. Provide photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (including original shipping costs) within 48 hours of verification.
3. Return Shipping Defects: We cover return shipping costs. Non – Defects: Buyers pay for return shipping (use trackable methods; we are not liable for lost returns).
4. Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Allow 3–10 days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
5. Ineligible Returns Used, altered, or improperly handled items. Gift cards and custom orders (unless defective).
